Listening Circles

Our Listening Circles bring together curated groups of leaders across all levels of an organization, for intimate sessions (virtual or in-person) — hosted by 3:08 — that explore thought-provoking, identity-related topics in a safe space we create together. Each session is designed to be an immersive, multimedia, interdisciplinary journey.

The 3:08 Team captures key takeaways from the circle discussions and develops fresh, creative content and experiential resources to help further the work. We find this model is highly effective whether the range of professionals we bring together are within the same company or curated across sectors. We prefer smaller groups, but have lots of flexibility.

3:08 Leadership also utilizes our Listening Circles to bring together current and prospective professionals in our Collective. We use the sessions to explore topics of interest 3:08 may want to pursue in our work, to create instant support networks for our professionals to further their cause, and to deepen our connection to one another.
